Jennifer Aniston goes paddle surfing
Although it pains me to admit it, the only way most people will find out about something like paddle boarding is if a celebrity does it. So, here we are, a celebrity, on a paddle board. Hurrah, paddle boarding goes mainstream...
The reportage by the Daily Mail gives a lot to be desired though, 'Donning a long-sleeved tracksuit top (actually a very baggy rash vest, but ok) over
her bikini and arms
outstretched - Cox seemed amused by her admirable efforts to 'hang 10'.
This stunt involves having all your toes over the edge of the board
while waving two 'high fives'.' God knows what they're on about. Two high fives? The mind boggles.
If you fancy giving it a try but aren't so keen to drop £1000 or so on a board and paddle just yet, then head to the upcoming UK paddle boarding champs at Watergate Bay and you can trial a Starboard board for free. The rest of the stand up paddle surfing UK website is also a great resource.

You paddle boarding fags are ruining the sport of surfing. I am from Hawaii, and I have seen this sport destroy most of the surf breaks on Oahu. You middle aged fucks either need to lose 40 pounds and ride a real board or head back to the golf course.

i so in love with SAP. Yes i saw Jennifer Aniston pics a while ago, but also i found out more about it when i was looking for kayaks. I don't have access to ocean where i live, but we have lakes and rivers so SAP and kayaks are what i'm into right now. And no i'm not in my 40's (20s actually), and no..i have never played golf in my life...maybe when i turn 50 or 60....
Now if i had access to the beach, i would definitely learn to surf. SAP is also good for ppl with knee/leg injuries...you still get to burn calories with low impact on your lower limbs.
