We were stoked to find out about Original Skateboards, a company set up by ex-snowboarder Scott Imbrie and his brother. The patented trucks allow for a much greater degree of
board lean which means even a larger board turns tighter turns, which in turn (see what I did there?) means the boards further blur the line between skateboarding and snowboarding/surfing. Which for someone who spends all day long dreaming about snowboarding and surfing, is very good news indeed.
Shown is the Torpedo 40 complete set up, a great flexible cruiser for beginners (and favourite of their female team rider Danielle Dickerson), and the Custom 35, for those of you who gaze at steep concrete hills wishing you can carve down them - this helps you do just that.
