With an amplitude out of the you tube bigger than any other woman on earth (perhaps), Kelly Clark was the clear winner at Saturday's 2008 Tamarack Chevy U.S. Snowboarding Grand Prix in Idaho.

Despite throwing a backside and frontside five, front seven and cab three, plus some ginormous straight airs Kelly was modest: “It wasn’t my best run,” the West Dover, Vermont girl told TWSnow.com, “But it was a good, solid run.”

Newbie Clair Bidez, of Keystone, Colorado, also turned heads - after she came second, while another Burton rider, Ellery Hollingsworth, from Stratton Vermont, came in third.

You'll notice Hannah Teter and Gretchen Bleiler strangely missing from the podium - although they were present. Apparently Ms Teter was recovering, while X Games champ Ms Bleiler threw a bizarre run of all straight airs. The pipe was said to be slow, after Tamarack was bessed with snow, but we reckon Gretchen was trying to make a point... about what we'll find out for you.

In the boardercross Lindsay Jacobellis took the gold.
