this weekend: Supergirl Jam takes snowboarding to the US Open of Surfing

Made plans for the weekend yet? In the Huntington Beach vicinity? Then head to the surf, skate and snow extravaganza that is the second S3 Supergirl Jam from July 25 to 27 - as the finest females from each discipline will join up to celebrate women's action sports - like one big group hug.

Highlights include a bowl jam, skate ramp best trick, snowboard rail jam, skate street comp and the junior pro of surfing - held during the US Open which will is also in Huntington Beach. The Donnas will also be serenading the crowds on Friday night, plus Gretchen Bleiler, Lyn-Z Adams Hawkins and Kassia Meador are all set to make an appearance.
