French Canadian all-girl skateboard crew The Skirtboarders were always a pro-active bunch (read our round up from June here), but this summer they continued their media domination with loads of new interviews online.
First up is the lo-fi but brilliant Skatergirl.co.uk - one of the best blogs dedicated to female's on four wheels. Their latest coup (they beat me to it!) is an exclusive interview with Skirtboarders founder Mathilde on their jaunt to Mexico (which Nollie blogged about in March), making a female skate film and pushing progression...
There is also an episode of French Canadian tv show Extrememiss on the ladies online at www.33mag.com.
Newly relaunched female skateboard website The Side Project also had an in-depth chat with the girls about their projects and trips. As well as tonnes of new stuff like blogs, a forum, photo galleries, videos, and articles there is also a large interview section - including ones with Skirtboarders Anne-Sophie Julien, Caroline Farrell and another with Éloïse Théorêt. Good stuff.
