In tune with nature and constantly pushing their bodies, it's not surprising that many pro surfers are also particularly keen on the yoga, especially apres a good session. There's been a few surf and fitness films already released on the market in the past (read our reviews of (Yoga For Surfers II and Core Training with Serena Brooke for example), but Surf Into Yoga with Rochelle Ballard, promises to rise above, with stunning scenery courtesy of her Hawaiian home, incredible cinematography and epic surf footage - thanks to being filmed, edited and produced by John Roderick of Neu Productions, the man behind Uniquely by Oakley. Snowboarder Chanelle Sladics also stars and more.
