Rogue Skateboards was set up a few years back by photographer / skater / writer Jenna Selby not for profit, but to create an outlet for female skaters in the UK - and to get them noticed by the media, sponsors and more. As part of her plan to get her riders more exposure and to get more women skating, she also organises an annual national tour.
This year The Mega Mission tour blew up, with a grand total of 12 girl skaters - including Becky Wood, Charlotte Thomas, Emma Richardson, Fran Stroud, Georgie Winter, Helena Long and Kerri Dennis - joining the long weekend session at parks across the country. It looked like amazing fun, with some epic skating being thrown down, plus the jokes and japes that could only happen in a girls-only escapade.
A mini film of their tour is now online - keep reading to watch it...
