After quite a long time away Karen O and the Yeah Yeah Yeahs return with new album It's Blitz - which will be released early on March 10 due to an online leak. The new record, produced by Dave Sitek and Nick Launary was supposed to be sold from April 13 in the UK and April 14 in the US - but cheeky internet scamps posted new songs were on download sites early.
"The cat's out of the bag after IT'S BLITZ! escaped from our clutches into the big bad world last week. Why should some have and some have-not?" they said on a YeahYeahYeahs.com blog post.
YYYs have been brimming with nervous excitement in anticipation of releasing this record to the world! Leaks are NO FUN but it's out of our hands."
