The marketing machine behind Nikita clothing has been whirring at full speed as winter finished up - with a ton of competition results announced and events on the cards.
First up star snowboarder and team rider Vera Janssen appeared on prestigious action sports US channel Fuel TV - on their Daily Habit show. Then the results of the Nikita Snowboard Clip contest were announced: Ashely Thornton is the lucky lady heading for an all expenses trip to Iceland to hang with the Nikita crew.

The Nikita Chickita rolled into Europe for it's final stop at Serfaus, Austria also last month - Cecilia Larsen came tops there. Congrats go to her and read the full report here.
Ana Pereira from Portugal and Lucie Klecková from the Czech Republic were then announced as the winner's of the annual photoshoot contest, and will both appear in the Spring Summer 2010 Nikita lookbook. Somehow, we think the boys in the office helped decide this one!
Finally, Iceland are having a love in with Germany on May 16, as RockOn and Nikita are holding a free fashion show and party, at the RockOn outlet store in Cologne. There's also an after party, tickets are 6 euros, which knowing these Scandinavian style mavens will be pretty raucous! Nice.
