superpost: Roxy's new Atheletix range stars in workout series

This autumn (or Fall for our US located readers) Roxy launched a more fitness orientated
clothing range dubbed Athletix - technical sports wear to rival the likes of Nike Women, but with a subtle surf/snow influence.

They've also enlisted some help from selected team riders to create some stunning images to show off the new line - Olympic snowboarders Torah Bright and Kjersti Buass, longboard legend Kassia Meador, and 3 x X Games gold champion skier Sarah Burke.
From supportive sports bras to yoga pants, running shorts to crop tops, for Athletix, Roxy turned things up a notch - adding anti-microbial treatments to fabrics ('to keep you fresh'), quick-wicking technology (to keep sweat off your skin) plus inner supportive bra panels and more.

Realising that athletes and amateurs alike crosstrain outside of our boardsports, through running, dance, yoga and more, it's a savvy move for the womenswear giant to keep us wearing Roxy 24/7. It's also a clever way to entice non-core fans to the brand as well.

Here's their promo video - full of sunkissed, jealousy inducing, lifestyle shots:

To tempt you to get sweaty even more, they've created a whole series of workout videos to watch online or download - so you can take your daily moves out of the gym and on to the beach, ultimately, where Roxy Atheltix belongs.

Check out the first four in the series, Abdominals, below, with more coming soon:
