Ok, so technically they're yet to release a dedicated-women's line, but the new season 2009 collection from eco-friendly surf, skate, snow label Sutsu is far too striking to leave to just the lads. In shops now, Sutsu's simple T-Shirts, Hoodys and South American influenced beanies are the perfect layers to wrap up in this winter (slightly) guilt free: the Tees are made from combed Organic, in carbon-neutral factories which are accredited by the Soil Association.

Priced £40, Sutsu's graphic printed hooded sweats are made with 80% Combed cotton and 20% Polyester, are Fairtrade plus approved by the Soil Association (we're guessing that's due to the non-toxic dyes). Above designs are: the Duck & Bones in Heather; Winter Leaf in Electric Blue; And Ballons in Kelly Green.
Sutsu's tees are their dish du-jour though - made from 100% combed organic cotton, which is certified by the Control Union World group, Organic Exchange 100 guidelines and the Skal International standards for sustainable textile production, they may be boy sized, but worn over skinny jeans or leggings are easily girl-shaped. The Winter Graphic Tees, £25, are damn impressive too, with their nature themed motifs - the perfect Christmas present for the lad in your life, which you can then sneakily 'borrow' in the new year.
