Oldie but goodie: BBC slo mo HD footage of Big Wave surfing

Ok, this has been out a while, but still worth sharing: taken from the BBC's incredible documentary, South Pacific, here's a clip of big wave surfer Dylan Longbottom (with a name like that he had to be a surfer!), shot by underwater camera man Bali Strickland. And, more than likely a huge influence on Quiksilver's current Cypher board short, mini marketing film, also shot in super slo-mo HD (more on that later....)
