It's taken them a while, but Quiksilver Europe and Roxy have revealed their first collaborative green campaign, No Water Sucks: online eco-education blog, creative competition and clothing promotion to promote water conservation, in association with Save Your Logo, Coeur de Forêt (Water Guardians), the Surfrider Foundation and their Reef Check program.

Spearheaded by legend and Roxy founder Maritxu Darrigrand, the two brands are joining together for No Water Sucks, to focus on preserving the world's water resources - and educate as many young riders as possible.
"Since their very beginning, both the mountain and the wave are the emblematic logos of Quiksilver and Roxy, natural references to the deep link with the natural fields they are acting on.
Quiksilver and Roxy are all now donating €1 from every 'eco' product sold on their online store to the water conservation partnerships - including organic cotton tees and recycled PET board shorts. Ok, so that doesn't seem much at all, and who knows what the packaging and inks are made from - especially when Quik Women charge more than €50 for some of those tees, but I guess they're hoping it all add up...
Check out more of the Roxy organic cotton tees and recycled PET boardshorts included in the €1 donation - or save your pennies and post a picture online instead, inspired by their campaign posters below. Either way, get involved.
