With Runway Films now RIP and a sequel to Stance looking unlikely, a UK crew - Heel Edge Projects - are thankfully keeping the all female snowboard movie flag flying. 

Les Ettes, makers of snow & surf friendly non-alcoholic perfumes, are once more super involved with Europe's contest scene this winter as they're sponsoring several female-focused snowboard events.

First up is Austria's Rock The Park Tour from January 31, then The Skull Candy Sista Sessions in Mayrhofen, also in wienerschnitzel land, on February 13. In France they've hooked up The Betty Jam in the French Pyreenes - plus the Freestyle Invitational and Happy Hours in Meribel. Check the flyers after the jump for more details...

Loved the TTR's warm up, qualifications and finals videos from the Roxy Chicken Jam Europe 2010 in Saalbach Hinterglem but felt that you only saw a flash of actual snowboarding? After years of being frustrated by the lack of footage available online, the TTR have cottoned on and released the full runs from the all-female contest's finals.

There's a video each from Kjersti Ostgaard Buaas, Cheryl Maas and Enni Rukajärvi - all riding smooth through the Austrian resort's night park, plus a pretty amusing behind the scenes skit from visiting californian Oakley rider Chanelle Sladics, which is pretty You've Been Framed worthy.

The most fun, progressive all female snowboard contest on the planet The Roxy Chicken Jam Europe - sorry US readers! - wrapped up last weekend in new location Saalbach Hinterglem, Austria. 

With improved access for the public and weather conditions, the all star contestant line up - talented groms like the UK's Aimee Fuller and Norway's Silje Norendal, to contest vets like Lisa Wiik - threw down tasty hammers throughout. 

After qualifications and semi finals, a heated final saw four of the planet's smoothest freestylers battle for a podium spot: Kjersti Ostgaard Buaas, Cheryl Maas, Sarka Pancochova and Enni Rukajärvi.

The biggest all female snowboard event begins tomorrow with an all new location and schedule, as the 6star TTR Roxy Chicken Jam (European Leg) contest gets underway in Saalbach Hinterglem. 

From January 8 to 10, global female pro snowboarders will be shredding the night park in Saalbach Hinterglem for the jam's seventh edition. It's a big change from the glacier location of Kaprun, Austria of recent years - which, with the event being held early season often suffered from lack of snow or high winds, and the high altitude meant spectator numbers were often small - this year the park is just 200 metres away from the village.
