new issue of SurfGirl magazine out now

Surf Girl, the UK's premiere female focused surfing magazine, has just published their new issue - with lovely South Africa pro surfer Rosy Hodge on the cover. Inside issue 25, out now, in addition to the usual gorgeous fashion spreads, inspiring travel ideas and stunning surf images, there's also features on how to get surf fit fast and surfing's best photographers tell you how to give your shots a professional edge.

And, with the new issue out, it also means you can read the previous issue of Surf Girl, the surf and snow combining January issue, online for free as a digital issue. Check out some spreads from issue 25, and find links after the jump...

Volcom SEED x London College Of Fashion: behind the scenes video at Vinyl Factory

Volcom Denim for Women launched their landmark SEED (Sewing Elements of Exploratory Design) collection - their debut collaboration with London College Of Fashion students - at the Vinyl Factory in London's Soho last month to much acclaim from the fash mags and style blogs.

After putting on a live photography shoot / art installation / party the winners of the project were announced, to a crowd of 250 strong media, industry insiders and college compadres.

Behind The Scenes of Erin Wasson x RVCA Autumn / Winter 2010 at New York Fashion Week

Erin Wasson showed her latest collection for high-end Californian skate-brand RVCA (for Autumn / Winter 2010), at New York Fashion week a few months ago, with some interesting make up thanks to Maybelline. In stark contrast to the simplicity of the clothes' palette and design, Erin mixed it up with the models' quirky faces.

Volcom SEED x London College Of Fashion: Gallery of launch & winners announced

At the pinnacle of progression in sideways sports - from athletes to videos, artwork to events - Volcom have not just broken the surf/skate/snow style mould with their latest project, SEED, but obliterated it, like heated nitroglycerin.

Rather than looking to cliched sources for creative inspiration, Volcom Women have tapped straight into the most forward thinking pool of young design talent on the globe - the students at the London College Of Fashion - for the first chapter in the Volcom SEED project, which supports young fashion talents, in addition to their heritage in action sports.

Girls Heart Eastpak live in London

Clear out your diary for Saturday afternoon if you're in or near London! After the epic B-Supreme Festival last weekend - the only UK festival dedicated to women in hip hop - Eastpak have gathered the cream of the event's B-Girl crews to perform at their London flagship store on Carnaby Street - including Retaliation Girls, Essence and B-Supreme Crew.

There's also live art demos from the all-female Eastpak 'Tag My Pak' graffiti artists all day, who'll be customising any bag purchased on the day - with anything you can think of - for free!
